Umm, how do I get the brush to not be pixelated at all? like a smooth brush?

I'd suggest using the pen tool or airbrush tool, making sure it is set on 'Round soft', you can change this setting by clicking on the box at the top of the brush box and you can select different brush types. Oekaki is free and also not the best quality art programme so it's always going to be pixelated a certain level ^^ Sorry for the slow reply, only just noticed this question.

Might there be a way to erase a single color on the same layer, without erasing the others by accident?

I'm afraid there isn't. You'll just have to be extremely careful, or just create a new layer and fix it by colouring over the aresa you don't like or want.

How do i name layers colors, lines, etc.. instead of layer 1, layer 2, etc.

Hmm, access? Do you mean finding where to click to open up oekaki or do you have problems with it loading?
