@ Tigerfur, sure! Maybe, after the fire that is going to happen in Hawk Clan, the members of Hawk Clan could travel to Courage Clan and make camp there?

(ha thanks! And it's kind of ironic, seeing as there's a fire going on RIGHT NOW in courageclan.... maybe the fire from courageclan spreads to Hawkclan, so that's how the fire gets there in the first place?)

(Recap- The fire has started. Nightshade and Fishpool are in charge until Viperstar returns. Nightshade is going with Cedarpaws idea of evacuating the Queens, Kits, and Elders.)

Nightshade looks over Lilysteeam and Scarletfur and nods once. "Be careful. All of you," she mews before gazing around the camp once more. By this point, she was starting believe her old Rougemates were right about her. So far, every time she finds the slightest bit of happiness, something happens to destroy it. She sighs softly, shaking those thoughts from her head, refocusing on the present.

"Ah fire!" Tigerkit yowled (awkward posts 101 hosted by Tigerfur)

Icethorn paused, glancing towards his brother, who had a slightly better sense of smell. Skysplash sniffed the air and nodded to Skystream. "It smells like... smoke!" he exclaimed, which made Icethorn bristle. While they were loners, they had come across a part of the forest that was completely charred by a fire. Nothing was left. "Where is it coming from?" Icethorn murmured taking a few pawsteps tward the smell.

Snowspirit watched the others, more awaiting their decision on where to go. "I can go warn the clan." She volunteered after a small pause.

Poppykit looked up as the older cats started to rush about the camp. She glanced around, smelling something strange. "What's that smell?" she wondered aloud, not having heard about the fire.

Cedarpaw meowed,"there's a fire. We need to get you and the elders out of camp, okay?"

"What?" Poppykit squeaked, green eyes wide. "But I can help!" her jaw was set and her tail flicked back and forth.

[Olivesaurus]

"Okay, how about you help me get the queens out of camp?" Cedarpaw meowed kindly, knowing how stubborn kits were.

Tigerkit paced, not knowing whether to run out of camp or not. She remembered what happened last time she went out of camp, and shuddered. But she knew she wasn't safe here, either...

Viperstar called back to Ravenpaw, "Can you see how the smoke is getting closer? It means the fire is coming towards us. We have no time to go find Moongaze's patrol, hopefully they'll have already have noticed. We need to get everyone out the camp - now. If we don't, we'll be trapped." There were drawing close to the camp now.

Fishpool looked around "C'mon, everyone. We need to head south, towards the border." She picked up Acornkit in her mouth, signalling for Coloredrock and Sunstorm to pick up the others.

Sunstorm nodded to Fishpool. "Tigerkit! Follow me!" She put Mintkit on Fishpool's back and picked up Twilightkit herself.

Nightshade frowns as she looks past the camp walls. The fire was getting closer. Her gaze drifts back down at the camp. She wouldnt say it aloud, but she was rather impressed by these cats. Even the kits were acting rather maturely in the face of danger. A small smile spreads on her muzzle, before she weaves her way among the others. If anyone needed help, she would assist them. They did have to hurry though, and she planned on waiting for the others anyways.

Ravenpaw coughs as the smoke tickles his throat, the sensation burning his insides. Yet, as he hears Viperstar and nods, already starting to turn. It was hard trying to see past his water eyes. He just wanted to return to camp quickly and make sure the others were alright
