Venus gives a small nod, "Perhaps that would be a good idea, to ask him," she said, even though Tempest didn't say that Shadow was her mate, the golden fae knew that he was. It was literally written over her head. "Oh, no, worse. We have raccoons throwing pine cones -- the nuts that comes off of the pine trees -- at us. They steal our food, too." she responded with a laugh, before falling quiet when Tempest asked for the pale violet wolf's name. "Arwen," she responded shyly, and had been about to say that it was a pleasure to meet Tempest, when several low, hostile snarls filled the air, as a brute padded into the denning area. Her white-tipped ears pinned and she shrank back a few steps, when Venus rose to all four paws and bounded towards the blue wolf with green and purple points to greet him. Her large gold and brown wings spread as she hooked a paw around his neck, and his spread as well, and the two of them pressed their wings together in an affectionate embrace, before they pulled away and folded their wings back to themselves. The brute was of the colors that Venus wore, and she tucked herself contentedly against his side, her wing draped over his back as the two of them approached Tempest, just as the pale violet wolf finished saying, "It is a pleasure to meet you, Tempest,"
