Valentine’s Day For Percabeth
Percy's POV
“Where are we going Seaweed Brain?” Annabeth asked.
“It’s a surprise.” I answered. I knew this would annoy her because a daughter of Athena never likes not knowing things other people do. She looked really grate tonight, seeing that it is Valentine’s Day. She was wearing a pair of white jeans with a blue shirt that read in green letters, ‘It’s Valentine’s Day…. And?’ along with her golden honey-glow hair down, just the way I love it. We are currently going to a special place I picked just for me and my Wise Girl. I was driving while she glared at me for the shotgun.
“You know I hate you doing that.”
“Doing what?” I asked playfully. She lightly punched me in the arm, knowing that if she did it too hard he would probably swerve.
When we got there I parked the car and quickly got out and ran to get Annabeth out of her side, like the gentleman I am. I opened the door and held out my hand, she took it.
Annabeth’s POV
He opened the door for me, I took his hand and stepped out. I relisted we were at the park and it was already night time. It was pretty far out so you could see the stars, Percy then grabbed a blanket and basket, took my hand and we walked into some tall grass where he set everything out.
“This is beautiful Percy.” I told him, and I wasn’t lying. After we ate, (we had spaghetti along with blue chocolate chip cookies for desert {Thanks to Sally}), we lay down next to one another, just gazing at the stars. After a while I lied on top of Percy. “Thank you the grate Valentine’s day.” Then I kissed him, he responded and kissed me back. When we pulled apart for air (sadly) he answered,
“No problem, I love you Wise Girl.”
“I love you too, Seaweed Brain.”
Soon after that we gathered up and went home. So far, it was the best Valentine’s Day ever!
