Swift smiled as the squirrels body went limp and placed her kill on the ground. Not realizing she had already crossed the boarder she began washing herself with smooth and gentle licks. It had been over 15 moons since she last came here and the thought of it made her want to cry. This place that had once been her home was now a forbidden paradise for her. She missed sharing tongues with her clanmates and going out on boarder patrols looking out for intruders. Well, now she /was/ the intruder. She doubt the new deputy would send out a patrol this early and shrugged it off, staying where she was. All the memories came flooding back to her, even when she attacked her own brother, which she has to force herself to forget on a daily basis. To this day she still doesn't know where he is or if hes even alive anymore. Caught up in her own thoughts her surroundings became blurry and wasn't paying attention to anything around her.

Nightwish sighed in content as she moved through the forest happily, sniffing the soft trees. She had been sent out by the Clan deputy for border patrol and hunting duty. The warrior heaved a sigh when she heard a slight thud. Curious, the warrior slunk down into a stealth crouch and sniffed. She wouldn't be scented; Nightwish was upwind. She peeked out and noticed a loner she-cat, and the warrior narrowed her emerald eyes.
