The name of this amazing mutato?: I would call it Arc-en-bulles colorées.

Meaning of the name: Arc-en-bulles colorées is French for 'Rainbow Colorful Bubbles
I decided to have its name in French because it is such a beautiful language, just like this mutato. ♥
What this design means to me?: Well, the design reminds me of the bottom of an ocean.
Rainbows everywhere, bubbles, Colors of all hues and shades.

Hisoka means to be cautious, or reserved in Japanese.

images that fly through their mind at such speed it hurts.

Soka's body being the world they create to escape to, where
people are kinder, the colors brighter, and where all the
problems melt away.

But her tail side? That's the reality of a mental institute, and
what the patient sees day by day, when they can't escape off
to their own personal Eden. The marks scraped into concrete
walls to mark the days it's been since you've seen the sun.

I think she looks kind of those northern lights, and when I think of the northern lights I'm somehow reminded of auras.
What does the design remind you of?
Like I said before it reminds me of the northern lights.
Story
It was cold, very cold, I'd started flying, but the wind would toss me off balance; I'd been forced to walk, my feet would touch the cold and wet snow... I squinted as the cold wind went against my face. I'd seen a couple of penguins waddling near; I just had to deliver the package, I held it tight against my chest, in hopes to keep it warm, it made a small noise, I couldn't give up, not now, I'd gone all the way from australia to here, the south pole. I couldn't take it anymore, I fell, and my face touched the cold snow, all went black.

I woke up, the sun was high, it seemed I'd been on the snow a couple hours. I looked up, and was blinded by something, very shiny, creating a lot of light. It was the northern lights. My everything went numb, it was amazing, I felt as the energy surged inside me. I was in my destination. I opened the package, the penguin popped out, 'peep!' it said, then it waddled away. I'd been awarded so much energy, I flew back to where I came from, without rest, but I'd never forget the northern lights, that was something that I'd never forget.

++Reason for choosing the name

It reminds me of Momo, a little orphan, who was friend to many, but then got forgotten due to the adults no longer had time for playing with her or talking to her, which they enjoyed very much before. She always tries to make them relax and not work that much, have colour in their live and njoy some quality time with their relatives. So the grey gentlemen soon try to hinder her. They are responsible for the adults and most children to now just live structured lifes like robots. They smoke cigars made of time they stole from the citizens, without these they die and vanish. Momo gets help from an old man, Master Hora, who is the one giving all people their own time to live. He stops time itself, giving Momo just one single hour in the form of a very beautiful flower she carries with her, so she is the only one able to move around, while the whole city is frozen in time. A speaking turtle named Casiopeia as her companion. Also the grey gentlemen are able to move as long as they smoke their cigars made of stolen time. When Momo finds out about this fact she tries to take away those cigars. In the end she frees all the frozen hour flowers and rescues the people with a storm of flower petals.
This story, "Momo", is written by Michael Ende.
