I mean it's like requesting a special trait- which really isn't allowed- but artists were supposed to ask before adding on traits, that's why I'm not 100% if any one custom is wrong because the artist could have gotten permission from Fail, or lumpin'. However either way if the owners added it themselves it's a wig- unless that owner if the creator of the JMD(artist) ^^;

I'd say no to making it longer, sense she's already an adult (JMDs hair usually just grow with them like if a baby was born with hair.) However I think having it cut, or just put into a new style is fine. Just make sure the artist of your custom had permission to add hair in the first place, so there's no confusion later on. ^^

That last bit in particular. So far, despite really wanting it, I have refrained from placing hair of any sort on my custom, Misaka, due to all the reinforcement and confusion and asdfjkl; stuff. However, while I was not technically an artist, I did design her myself with the opportunity gained through the raffle held a while back. You said the the original creator of the JMD- the 'artist'- could add hair of sorts. I am both Misaka's artist and owner. Does this mean I can indeed add hair to her art and not mean it's a wig?
I'm just curious, as I'm now a tiny bit confused. 030
