What's gamecube animal crossing like?
The gameplay is a lot like the wii version where you get your own house and such. The graphics aren't as great but they're not too bad and there's some things that are a bit different but not too much. Like there is still an island and such ^^ You can't go into the city though and there are a few characters that weren't created in that time period that don't show up in the game. Also, one of the biggest things that's different is you don't have to wait for a certain item to come to the store. You can order it from Tom Nook by entering codes. You can find all the furniture codes on online faqs. It's long and tedious though xD And since it's gamecube, it's a lot tougher to travel to other towns. I haven't played it in like the last month or so, so I'm a bit rusty on all it's features.

Well apparently if you plant flowers and wait a while (keep watering them of course), the grass will regrow there.
