Tobias, the red-tailed hawk

I drew a red-tailed hawk. I forgot to put on the tail feathers. EDIT: I added them now c:. LOL I fail. XD

EDIT 2: I put ~Tobias on it. Animorphs fans will get the reference.

EDIT 3: Just played around with the burn and dodge effects, and put "I guess this is me from now on..." on it.

EDIT 4: I changed the title. ^^
