It is a different time. One where technology rules over everything and belief in the supernatural has all but disappeared. As has the Earth that humans once called home. Everything has changed for the humans. After they abandoned their planet to ruin, they developed colonies on planets millions of light years away. The colonies provide everything for a healthy society, making the people bow under rule of the King. The King is the one that provides them eternal life, and makes them beautiful, and gives them whatever they want whenever they want, as long as it follows her laws.
Scientists became surgeons after the new colonies were developed. The most prestigious living under the King herself. The classes separated into planets, arranged in a circle around the largest middle planet- the King's realm. Society has never been more strict, but it has also never been more peaceful, or orderly. There is no crime- as the King predicts wrongdoings before they occur, and immediately has the criminals locked away on a planet far away from the main colonies.
Despite all of this, not all of Earth has died. There were beings, angels, that watched over those beings living upon Earth. And they continued to watch over the beings that they were assigned to since the beginning of time, but the distance between has made their vision grow dim. What happens when they take form of the humans and fall to the colonies? How will they survive under rule of the King? When they are caught, they will be sent to the prison. The place where no one gets out alive. Where immortality no longer exists, not even for the supernatural.

Well, it isn't my RP, but it is a very good Assassin roleplay that I have been involved with since it began three threads ago. It's in its fourth chapter now, but it's easy to jump into. It doesn't specifically say semi-lit, but all the current people on it are pretty much semi-lit and expect about that much per post.

This is BladeClan, a semi-lit Warriors group role-play!

BladeClan is a group of cats that live within the grassy hills and forests of Ireland. Their territory reaches from the Town, where the two-legs reside, to the edge of the forest past the Two-leg Path. While they have their moments of hostility, they can be very kind and caring cats to those that aren't members of the clan. The key word here being "can". At first glance they look very fierce, but every so often they'll allow a kitty pet to venture into the camp, just to see what clan life is like. Shadowstar is rather fond of kitty-pets, fascinated by them really. But he would never allow one to join the clan; no, BladeClan must remain pure and diligent to the warrior code. Shadowstar would follow the rules laid out by StarClan till he's breathed his last.

At least three lines is required in each post, but as much as you can is wonderful! We will not be tolerant of chat-speak or terrible grammar and punctuation. This RPG will involve heavy amounts of the following;

• Drama.
• Well developed and thought out characters.
• Surprising plot twists.
• Major efforts to make sure that everyone is included.
• Meeting people with common interests and making new role-playing friends.

Current Plot

After the epic battle Between both Heroes and Villains, which caused the destruction of a whole town, both side were left homeless. But now the heroes have taken refuge in an abandoned building in the next town over whilst the villains continued to wander the streets... however there is another side to this tale. After witnessing the shear destruction these supernatural being could cause, the government has decided to up the anti. Some houses of Parliament believe that these freaks of nature can be made into weapons, through the use of genetic enhancement, others believe that they should be wiped out before they can cause any more harm, this has fueled a parliamentary race who can get to them first! each side has called in bounty hunters to track down the heroes and villains, however some may already be with them. So now the question is will both heroes and villains unite or will leave each other to fend for themselves and who can they trust? You decide

The world has changed greatly in such a short space of time you see. Sin impregnates the cities and governments. Disease and hunger swarm through the world like a flock of locusts and filth covers everything with a murky film. The world is dark and desolate, on the verge of collapse. But even still there is a hope of rebirth, that the world with rise again. Reborn from the ashes like a phoenix. There is still a chance man kind will find decency and unite and so we watch and we wait.

We wait as we always have for the empire to fall, like that of Persia, Sparta, and Rome. Like France, and Britain. Even the United States of America cannot last forever. Government can no long function as it was designed to. Chaos and corruption run unchecked through the bureaucracy sending countries into dept and war. The world is scarred and waiting on the edge of a precipice for something to yank it back or let it tumble into the deep cravat, into utter darkness. Sending it back into the dark ages with little chance of escape. But we must remember Our hope, Our freedom that was bought with blood and so with blood we shall begin again.

And so we shall start with fourteen traits. Just fourteen. The best and the greatest for the New World that will be built on the backs of the old. Perhaps this time Mankind will truly take their mistakes to heart and learn from them. Probably not. But it has a chance with these fourteen simple principles and those who represent them best. Perhaps I am insane but we shall see. When this is all over we shall know if these risks were the right ones to take. War is made of risks and the only way to know the right ones is to see who wins. And so I, and the world with me, shall start waging a war upon the sin with the blood of these fourteen.

It's the year 2054. You are one of several very special people brought to a compound of sorts, truly it is more of a mansion that a compound. This mansion is located on the island of Tristan de Cunha in the Atlantic ocean, the most remote place in the world, or about as remote as you can get in a world of 9 billion plus people. The island is privately owned by some unknown benefactor and it is he (or rather you assume it is a he) who built the mansion on the island.

It's not so bad really even if there is no way to get out. The whole place is impregnable, set up against a sheer cliff wall with barbed wire topped concrete walls surrounding it. No way out unless you have permission, and that is something those who stay here will not be getting. The place it's self is quite luxurious with a huge library to visit, a spacious suite of rooms for each person to stay in, a center courtyard with a lovely garden, there's a huge kitchen and dinning hall, and even a spa. Truly a lovely place to stay.

But of course, there is a twist to it all, there always is. And for whatever reason you believe where brought here -- safety, torture, experimentation -- it is quite obvious that you are not a normal person. There is something special and different about you, not in a psychotic way (though that may also be the case) but it a more... supernatural way. Each of you has a special power, beyond that of any normal human being, something you've had all your life. Brought from the far reaches of the earth, each of the you is special, extraordinarily so. How much so you really have no idea...
