Considering the demand of those pets, I would say unfair to the Malk Staff Dog - However, rarity wise, the African Dog went rare first and is considerably older, but far less in demand.

Basically your dog is more rare, but because of the demand, I would think it's fair. But I'm very bad in rarities though, you should wait for someone else's opinion. :3
