Hey I am actaully Bi/basically a lesbain and I adore Katy Perry. I know that the song is about getting drunk and making out with girls, but that is still way more creative then a lot of song writers. Besides, now one else is writing songs about being gay if even for a night. I mean sure, it's not the best thing in the world, but one people see that even celebrities are gay ever now and then it kind of helps our cause. Personally when I listen to the song, I feel less a lone in the world.

Forever I do agree with you about the when kids whine about not getting things that cost money. My family doesn't have a lot of money, but we get by. Yesterday my friend was whining because she won't get to go with her parents to there work trip in china. She has already been to Germany twice, Italy, Russia, and all over the pacific. I wanted to slap her so bad. I think be should be grateful when there parents give them love rather then things. I mean, they could buy you virtul pets, or the could hand bake a cake for you to celebrate your finishing a big essay or something. Honestly, I would rather have my family love me then buy me everything I ever wanted.

Also I am fed up with obessive twilight people because one of them kicked me in the shins today and one of her lackies punched me in the arm. Gosh they seem to come out of no where! I mean one second I am making my sparkly vampire jokes on the other side of the lunchroom and the next, BAM they are on top of you! Even if you aren't talking to them, they will still beat you up if you diss twilight. Gosh, one thing those twilighters don't seem to understand is freedom of speech. >.>

Psssh, I'm tired of people complaining about obsessive twilight people, I think it goes both ways personally (Not trying to make anyone mad or start a fight or anything...) I banned playing Katy Perry in my room without headphones because I hate her music that much.

"I Kissed a Girl" is an insult to bisexuality that basically says "I'm a temporary lesbian for attention."

Full agreement on that one. >.< It's such blatant pandering and faux-edginess on top of that; there are few songs I find absolutely no redeeming value in, but that's one of them.

It's always kind of sad to see kids saying they 'hate' their parents because they won't buy C$ or make them go to bed, that sort of thing. I have some friends who have excellent cause to hate their parents and they still try to explain it away or justify their parents' actions in some way, because no matter what their parents did they still want to love them and forgive them. There's a huge difference between hating a person's actions and hating the person, and a lot of young people don't seem to realize that, hence all the 'I hate my parents/brother/sister' stuff. My older brother and I didn't always get along and we'd do things to annoy each other all the time, and sometimes I'd wish he'd just disappear, until one day he did. He's been gone for over ten years now, and I just wish I could have him back, no matter how aggravating he was at times. So many people don't realize that someone you love could easily be gone forever the next day.

I just sick of people complaining about stuff that doesn't even affect them; twilight this/religion that/I'm an emo who's depressed 'cause I failed my exam. Boo hoo. Get over it. *insert popular teen book here* isn't so horrible because people like it. At least it's got some kids reading from our generation (and as most of us know very few kids like reading these day). So why the heck are people moaning about it? Sure, the book is simple and easy to follow, but if it makes people happy I don't know why everyone else can't stop complaining.

People claiming to be "depressed" ticks me off too. Depression is real, it doesn't just apply people who have long hair and cut themselves. It is medically verified condition. I really despise the internet, because it seems every second pre-pubescent n00b whines about how depressed they are because so-and-so did this or they can't go to a party. It's worse when they actually claim to be an emo, without a real reason. in their internet based life anyway! I am not an emo and I never will be, but I know how and what depression is.

Sorry if anyone's offened by this, it just sort of spilled out.

...I've also heard more than a few stories of folks being so obsessed with it that they've actually physically injured people for having the opposite opinion on it--which is completely ridiculous and out of control in my opinion. It's just a bunch of flippin' books for pity's sake and, dare I say, not something younger generations should even be reading in the first place. I've read hardcore romance novels that were tamer than the later Twilight scenes.

On the subject of books, I'm annoyed that Terry Goodkind pimped out his Sword of Truth novels to some obscure Disney branch, who've then gone and effectively ravaged my favorite books and characters in the television series they've made for it. -_-' The crazy fangirls have since gotten rather bad in that fandom, too. It's okay. He ran away from home when I was nine; we were able to keep track of him for a few years through friends, but nothing's been heard of him for the past ten years. He's an adult now, so hopefully he's alright and living a normal life somewhere but hasn't bothered to contact anyone in the family (which wouldn't be unusual for him). I just wish I knew where he was and could talk to him again and know that he was alright. Also if my parents knew where he was, maybe they'd stop clinging to me like I'm going to evaporate the second they take their eyes off me. >.> Seriously, three phonecalls a day when I first left for university; I'm so glad my cellphone has unlimited free long-distance.

I never read Twilight, mostly because the bits that I have read or were used verbatim in the movie usually make me giggle uncontrollably. Purple prose - it has it. XD The fanatics aren't a whole lot different from the Harry Potter fanatics who believed their replica Nimbus 2000s could fly and tried to curse people by waving a stick at them threateningly, and are actually better than the original Pokemon fanatics (so many metal detectors installed in schools during that craze...). The names and faces may change, but over-the-top fans are still annoying, obsessive, scary and kind of nuts. I generally ignore them as much as possible, since you can't change their minds about their beloved fandom and they're generally harmless if unprovoked.

People saying they're depressed only bugs me if they're using it as an excuse for bad behaviour, as in "I'm mean and horrible to everyone and will rip your head off if you say one wrong word or disagree with anything I say, but it's only because I'm DEPRESSED!" Saying it just to get attention is pretty annoying, too. >.<

Math homework, my brother, "You can't take a joke" Yes, I can, It just wasn't funny; MeanGirls/Drama, popup ads, when movies don't end the way I want, when characters in movies do stupid stuff, that little mark the teacher misses when they erase the board, music i hate being popular on the radio(Like party in the USA), when my brother always makes it about him/what he wants, him never helping me when hes supposed to, not being able to do something cool someone else can do...
