I say I'd have to agree with Blaze<3. I don't know a whole lot about the the Lion King books, but I was on google and found this picture, and I know it dosen't have all of them, but I thought I'd show you guys:

I don't think kovu is overrated, but I'm not willing to argue thr point.

Anyway, does anyone have any theories on who kovus father is? Personaly I think Chumvi is his father(chumvi is nalas best friend in the series of books called'six new adventures) He is a dark lion so in that respect it works, but also chumvi is quite arrogant which is kind of like kovu as a cub. I also think kovu was adopted and is not related to nuka or vitani. Just my theory.

My theory has always been that Vitani and Kovu came from the same litter, since they look like they're the same age, but I have no proof...My friend suggested that they may have been from the same litter, but different fathers(ie, Scar for Vitani and Chumvi for Kovu). Is that possible? XD

I've also always thought Zira was Kovu's mother, too. It never said she wasn't, it just said Scar wasn't his father...

If kovu is ziras cub then he would have to be in the same litter as vitani. Which means they'd have the same father. Chumvi could be kovu and vitanis father, kovu could get his pridelander looks from him and his outlander features(nose, eyes), and vitani could get her looks from zira. I don't think vitani is scars daughter, and if she is cant see her liking it.

Actually, it is possible for felines to have cubs with two different males.
I also like the theory of Kovu as Zira and Chumvi's son, but I'm too fond of my theory of Nala being Vitani's real mother than Zira. She looks nothing like Zira, to be honest.

If anyone remembers the films then Zira always says my son and Vitani says 'no mother' so they are brother and sister
