Alari cradled three small cubs in the bend of her stomach. Their name were Makena, Ratchiki, and Lici. She smiled as the small white male, Ratchiki wriggled by her stomach. When was Diallo going to find her? Peering out the lit entrance of the birthing den, Alari saw a male closer to the border than ever. She cradled the cubs closer to her.

Kazi decided that now she was standing, it'd be a good time to finally speak. "Good to see you're alive. Wouldn't want my efforts wasted." He silently chuckled and sat up, shaking his black mane. He had eaten about half of the leg and was satisfied for now.

Carthage turned her head to the side,looking at him questioningly before shaking her fur out out and sitting back down. She didn't have much energy at the moment to just get up and go gallivanting around the Savanna. She still needed rest. "So. Why'd you save me?"

Kafue heard Akia call for him and he roared back, wishing to let her know that he would try and get to her shortly. He just wanted to check out the lioness on his territory first. He continued to follow her scent until he made it to the hunting grounds in his territory. He didn't travel very far until he spotted the lioness who was very white against the more golden grass, her muzzle slightly stained with blood. He noticed the remains of a kill near her and approached slowly, hoping not to startle her. "Hello," he greeted her with a warm smile. "I'm Kafue," he introduced himself, stopping several feet away from her. He sat down and let his tail rest against the ground. "Who are you?" he asked.

Tieza thought she had the young male when suddenly he dropped the the ground and rolled over onto her. She was left with her throat caught under his spine, her head and half of her body being crushed under his weight. Being choked under his weight, she panicked and began to frantically squirm as she tried gasping for air. He back legs flailed frantically, trying to find the young male's body where she could hopefully kick him off of her, but it was pointless. She couldn't seem to get her back paws to meet the young male's body.

Lee could feel her struggles but refused to let up. She started this so why shouldn't he make her suffer? He stayed on top of her for a moment longer, unsheathing his sharp black claws - a contrast to his pale fur. He suddenly rolled off her again, whipped around and struck out several times with his claws, hissing.

Ellie was a little startled by the males quick approach, ''I'm Nirvelli, but I am mostly called Ellie'' she said with a tilted head and a smile on her face. The white lioness stood tall and looked the male straight in his eyes, the tip of her tail barely touching the ground.

Akia heard Kafue and laid down next to her kill. She thought about her mother Nira and her Grandmother Sarafina. They had been killed by a stampede when she was only 2 months old. She missed them so much. She started to drift to sleep.

Kafue nodded his head at Ellie, happy she seemed to be fairly calm. "Well, it's nice to meet you, Ellie," he said with a slight smile before he glanced at the remains of a kill she had made. He would have asked what brought her here, but he had a good idea that the prey had brought her here. "Did the prey bring you here?" he asked casually, not wanting to rush into asking her to join his pride.

Tieza continued to struggled beneath the young male's weight, thinking she would be crushed to death before he finally got off of her. Before she could even over onto her stomach he lashed out at her with his claws as she tried to catch a decent breath of air. She hissed at him with what air she had in her lungs and rolled over onto her stomach. She lashed out at him with her claws, striking him in one of his front legs before she attempted to stand up, already very weak from her exertion of energy.

Akia woke up sat up. She didn't want to start eating but she was hungry. She started to pull the calf towards a tall tree. Sheset it down and sat next to it. She yawned and laid her head on her paws.

This time Lee didn't even wince from the pain. His mind was too focused on this lioness and the waking pain from his torn shoulder. He showed no sign of weakness and instead he allowed her to strike him in the leg - one way to boost her confidence into a level of arrogance. After her attack, he moved forward and swatted at her face with one unsheathed paw, his lips curled back in a grim sneer.

''Of course it brought me here'' she said in an almost laughing tone, what did he think, that she went here because of the view. ''I needed something to eat and just walked to some place where I could find decent amount and fat prey'' she smiled back at him. Her dark brown eyes ran over the males body nervously, she didn't want to come off as cocky but she neither did she want to be shy.
