Personality: First impressions are nothing more than a quiet, unusual looking tiefling that seldom has words for the world around her. Lennox opts to standby as a watcher and lurker for the most part, content to let everyone pass by around her.
Most interactions with Lennox are shallow and rarely go anywhere, especially when it comes to divulging information about herself. She tends to deflect interpersonal talk and has a habit of speaking a lot without saying much at all.
Her awkwardness isn't an act; she genuinely has trouble navigating social situations. Lennox is prone to taking words literally and, despite it burning her previously, she tends to trust most people at face value until given reason to distrust them. It isn't easy for her to empathize or understand someone's position unless she has been in that specific position before as well, so she tends to avoid trying to be a shoulder to lean on for that sake.
Forging a connection with Lennox takes time but when she does open up, she has a tendency to express her adoration for puns and poor jokes. Awkwardness seems more endearing and she is discovered to be a very sincere and passionate person, if not a bit stiff and socially dense. Alas, it takes time and effort to earn the tiefling's friendship and she puts in the effort to make it far more difficult than what it has to be.
Lennox has a tendency to get in her own head with her insecurity and self-hatred, so she tends to keep others away for the sake of not wanting to drag anyone down with herself. When someone sticks around beyond her own self-depreciation, she typically becomes panicked and is prone to running away from the situation entirely instead of trying to understand why they've chosen to stick around with her.
Her loyalty is an extremely hard earned battle but not one that isn't worth the eternal body guard and friend in the end. She could benefit from someone that stays around even after she has fought to push them away.

Appearance: Standing at a relatively tall height of 5'7", Lennox Grimshaw is mostly unassuming at first glance. Her dark hair is kept between the lengths of long and short, oftentimes being cut to just below her shoulder blades. Scars riddle the darkened green skin of the tiefling, with the most notable one being the imprint of carnivorous jaws over her right forearm.
Lennox wears a neutral expression; the one of a predator that is always looking for her next opening in the world around her. She walks more as if she is prowling, with her shoulders hunched and typically leaning forward into her tentative steps as she moves around the world. Her ears are always alert, listening to the world around her.
Her clothing is made from natural fibers and carry the scent of her home village; an unusual mixture of moss, mud and bamboo. It stands out in any district that isn't coastal or her own village, always outlying her in the thickest of crowds. Bronze jewelry specifically adorns her form, with castings covering the tips of her curved horns and beads and chains dangling around her. The jewelry seems sentimental more than a reflection of her status or otherwise character.
Most notable are her sharpened fangs and claws, with hooded eyes to match. The tiefling's visible eye is a warmed red-gold, with pupils that dilate and contract in a similar fashion to that of a reptile; her right eye is kept secure under an eyepatch that is designed to look like a waterlily. Lennox typically holds her tail high enough so that it doesn't drag and, despite popular opinion, it seems mobile enough to where she can use it to pick up light items. Overall, Lennox doesn't come off as a warm or inviting figure as much as she does a predator that is simply watching her next step very carefully.
History: Not much is publicly known about the tiefling, especially not in the remote village of Graymoor. She is a foreign face to these parts--and an unhappy one at that, as the reptilian woman does worse in colder climates.
Lennox Grimshaw is the eldest daughter of Iraxya, sister to Kael. She has been raised to be a vigilant protector for her small water village since the day she was initiated into her ancient sect. They say that home is where the blood flows.
Alligators are quite territorial. While Lennox and Kael were close, she found herself in constant collision with her twin and always in an uphill battle to be better. An unfortunate accident leaves Lennox as the only child of Iraxya, leading to nothing but tension and problems within her family.
Lennox left her family post with hesitance but ultimately found it to be the better choice than sticking around. She still visits her hometown frequently but doesn't quite feel like she's welcomed there; the reeds no longer reach for her, the marsh is still in her presence. She finds herself becoming increasingly more unbothered by the fact, only coming to check on the memories of her former home and not necessarily the people within it.

Special FeaturesBloodhunter Features- Hunter's Bane: You have advantage on WIS (Survival) checks to track fey, fiends, or undead, and you have advantage on INT ability checks to recall information about them.
- Blood Maledict: You can invoke a blood curse a number of times per short rest based on your level. Before it affects the target, you can choose to amplify the curse. An amplified curse gains an additional effect noted in the curse's description. Amplifying a curse causes you to take 1d4 points of necrotic damage that cannot be reduced in any way.
Creatures that don't have blood in their bodies are immune to blood curses, unless the curse has been amplified.
- Blood Curse of Bloated Agony:As a bonus action, you curse a creature that you can see within 30 ft. of you until the end of your next turn. For the duration, the creature has disadvantage on STR and DEX checks and takes 1d8 necrotic damage if it makes more than one attack on its turn.
Amplify. The curse lasts for 1 minute and the cursed creature can make a CON saving throw (DC 13) at the end of each of its turns to end the curse.

Fisher Background- Fishing Tales: You can tell a compelling tale, whether tall or true, to impress and entertain others. Once a day, you can tell your story to willing listeners. At the DM's discretion, a number of those listeners become friendly toward you; this is not a magical effect, and continued amicability on their part depends on your actions.
- Harvest the Water: You gain advantage on ability checks made using fishing tackle. If you have access to a body of water that sustains marine life, you can maintain a moderate lifestyle while working as a fisher, and you can catch enough food to feed yourself and up to ten other people each day.

@SaphiraBrightscales I'm so sorry you had to go to urgent care right after your birthday, that sounds awful. I hope you at least had a good birthday otherwise, and pray you feel better soon! Please take your time, and don't feel the need to push yourself.
I'm waiting for a few more people to reply before I make Jadwihn's next post. I've been trying to stick loosely to the order of posting that we've had so far, but let me know if this isn't necessary, I just feel a little weird if I post my responses too close together.

I don't think sticking to a specific post order is necessary, except during combat when there is a turn order. But since you posted pretty recently, it's probably better to wait for one or two people before you post again.
