I'd say unfair to the EUC pps. The value of your pets probably about covers the horse and the grown up dog, but using the 2:1 rule the EUC pps should get at least a couple more older (2016 >) UCs or VUCs

Definitely overpay on the side with more pets. The value of all the pets they ask for probably about equals the value of the store pet (1 new (likely) rare or EUC, 2 old EUCS, 1 2017 EUC = 1 old-ish rare more or less) and everything else is extra, especially since they have two+ token pets it looks like (and the rat will most likely turn out to be rare even if the others turn out to be EUC)
