Why should you be allowed to adopt a newbie?: I like to believe I am very helpful and friendly! I've been on CS a few years now and I've been getting to know the site a lot better. I think I could be a great help to some newbies and as stated in the first post wish I had had help as a newbie as well! I'm very polite and patient if someone doesn't understand something I keep trying to maybe reword it so they can!
How often do you get on CS, and how long are you typically online on these days?: Daily and constantly. I have it on my phone and my phone is almost always in my hand.
Did you read and understand all of the Adopter information?: Absolutely!
Do you agree to be helpful and polite to your newbie at all times?: of course ♡♡

Why should you be allowed to adopt a newbie?: i’ve come back to the site after a while and i’d like to help newbies who are now joining, so they will be more quickly familiarized with the site than I was when I joined

Heya! There are a few way to play CS, and you can pick and choose what you'd like to do! A lot of people do pet collection. They adopt this months pets and then spend time trading to build up how many pets they have. Others collect items and spend time decorating their pets. Some like to hang out over on the forums and chat with people, do roleplays, or share stories. And others enjoy our Oekaki boards, which uses our program Chicken Paint to create art and share it with others! There some in-depth guides here that can help you out a bit more if you get a bit stuck!

I have helped when people have messaged me, I post helpful links in the intro thread. I pretty much post in every intro thread if someone else hasn't already or even if they have, I may have other helpful information a newbie can use.
Why should you be allowed to adopt a newbie?: I'm an 08 player, extremely active since 2009. I know my way around the website very well. I'm a helpful person and enjoy helping, giving tips, and generally being a nice person; a first friend on the website if you will. (My only flaw is I'm not very good with Trade rarities. I know the basics, but I also know threads that can help or people to direct a player towards)
How often do you get on CS, and how long are you typically online on these days?: Daily, and these days I'm on several hours and if I am not on very long, I am on very often.

Hiya Sunny and welcome to CS! Heres my answer to your question:
Personally, I think that the forums are pretty easy to navigate! Each section has its own purpose, and its pretty easy to pick out where you want to talk. All of our forums are sorted into a few categories, like General, Trades, Other sites, and Art (etc etc). If you're confused about where to post something, staff or even the users would be happy to point you in the right place!

If you're looking for a place to just chat with other users, you're best off over in General
For trading and talking about CS, you'll want to head over to Adoptables
Buying and selling art occurs in Art Shops
Talking about art and writing is over in Creativity
Actually creating art using Chicken Paint happens over on the Oekaki boards (There are specialized mods over there that can help you out more than me!)
And last but not least Role Play of any kinds happens over in its own special section, Role Play! (This also has specialized mods to help out!)
