These are the details they put <3Philly is a blind, stray mutt who tries to help Seiko (sorry if i spelled it wrong) and Arrow avoid danger. Even though he tries to help, Arrow confuses him for a threat and tries to shoo him away to protect Seiko.
his main colour is brown, but he also has white and black splotches
