Not sure where '16 Halloween "Monster" items go on my pets?

This is probably a very, very silly question XD I love Lacuna's "monster" pet customization items from Halloween of 2016, but, for some reason, I can't seem to figure out where some of the parts go. I don't have the full set, but I have the ear tufts (blue) and I'm not sure how they're supposed to fit on any of my dog's heads/ears when I try to dress them up. Either it looks super weird like it's not supposed to be there, or it looks like it's DEFINITELY not supposed to be there; like it's floating off of the pet. I feel pretty stupid right now XD does anyone happen to have some items from this set that they can dressup a pet with to show me where they might fit? Or.. something? ;; I have two of the blue ear tufts. I just can't seem to put them on properly. Thanks to anyone who can help me!

They don't quite fit right on the tips of the ears, you have to cover the lineart a bit . If it's still giving you trouble you should be able to just move the item behind the pet, so that the pet is layered on top of the item . If you're using it on a dog that has a folded or floppy ear(s), the item does not have an alternate lineart, so it wont fit regardless of how you position it .

OH they go on TOP of the ears? Boy am I silly XDDDD ;;; Ahh thank you soo much lol! This helps a lot! I have a character where the tufts are kind of IN the ears, so I think that I was thinking so hard about that that I completely ignored all logic X"DD Thanks for taking the time to dress that pet up and show my silly ass LOL
