1. Your pink cake dog is worth 2-3 MA (14-24 '09 rares). As far as I know, none of these pets have any special list value, so any higgher value than the three month rule for the first two dogs is completely up to personal value. In terms of store pets, I use this guide:

2021 = late '10 rare - early '11 rare
2020 = mid - late '10 rare
2019 = early '10 rare

2018 = late '09 rare
2017 = mid '09 rare
2016 = early '09 rare

2015 = 2x '09 rares

2014 = low advent
2013 = mid advent
2012 = high advent+
2011 = september - low main+

With this in mind, we can see that the 2014 is equal to a low advent (4-6 '09 rares), the 2019 is worth an early '10 rare, and the two 2020s are both a mid '10 rares. Overall, their side is worth 12 '09 rares. This is underpay, but just slightly.

2. The pink cake dog and the lexi cake dog are of the same value, this is a fair swap
3. Your bleeding heart cat is worth about 0.5 MA, or 3 '09 rares. As for your other cat, it has no list placement, but could go for more than an '09 rare due to the demand of the sitting cat lineart (this is purely personal value though). Overall, your side valuues at about 4 '09 rares, and theirs values at 3 '09 rares + 1 2011 rare. However, since a 2009 rare is worth 35-55 C$, i think the 2011 + the C$ combined make up for this gap, this is fair!
4. All the items are from 2012 events, most likely free, so they would be worth a 2012 uncommon. Your rat is worth 1.25 MA s roughly, but can go for even less, closer to 1 MA (6-9 '09 rares) (there is very little trade data on this rat). In my opinion, those items equate to maybe 1 '09 rare if you're being generous, and the rest of their pets adds up to 3 '09 rares at best, totalling at a maximum of 4 '09 rares. They are very under. This is unfair.
5. Your pet is a cream advent, worth 1 MA, worth 6-9 '09 rares, their cat is worth 0.75 MAs, worth 4-6 '09 rares. This could be fair, but barely, the C$ is not worth another '09 rare.

The tinsel Lion goes for 6-7 ‘09 rares or 1 MA
So the ‘09 rares alone would be fair if not slight overpay as it is. The rest is MAJOR overpay
