The first dog goes for the 3 month rule, being from february 2009. ( I couldn't find a list placement or special demand).
The second pet is from the 2012 April Fool's Event, and while it doesn't have a list placement, recent trade data shows that with demand, it goes for about a 2009 VR.

As far as I know, this horse has no list placement , and is originally from September 2008. So just worth the three month rule!
A quick mention for '08 rares:

Shouldn't a 2008 rare be worth 2 09 rares? Why is it a 2009 rare + 2011 rare?
The reason 08 rares and regular 08 very rares are valued like this is to avoid
having the more common of the 08 very rares (such as novembers) being valued
the same as pets that used to be on the list.

08 rare = 09 rare + 2011 rare
08 very rare = 2 08 rares = 2 09 rares + 2 '11 R = 2 09 rares + a 2010 rare (2.5 09 rares)

If we would use the 2:1 rule on 08 pets and have a 2008 rare be worth 2 09 rares,
then a regular, non-list, more common 2008 very rare would end up
at a whole 4 09 rares, which would have it being "worth" the same
as the rarer pets that were added onto the list,
as the lowest value list pet is still valued at 3-4 09 rares.

as a slight adjustment, the buckskin tess horse was available for an extended release - from the above mentioned september 2008 until august 2009 x, as a result the three month rule for the pet applies from its latest possible adopt date in 2009 - three month rule or 2 '09 rares ^^
