Fallowkit hung his head in disappointment, "Okay Honeypelt." He turned around, his fluffy tail dragging on the ground.

((AirClan border.)) Rainstorm sniffed the border, making sure nobody had crossed, then marked the border. "Seems clear Mintclaw."

"Good, but dont worry, How many moons old are you now?" Honeypelt mewed, suddenly curious.

Mintclaw nodded and started to head back to camp, when she heard a rustle in the bushes. Spinning around she saw a red flash and a fox sprang at her, she growled as she was thrown back, then yowled in pain as it bit into her shoulder. She scored deep claw marks down its side, scratching until she thought her claws would fall out.

Fallowkit whirled around and puffed out his chest, "5 moons! And a half!"

Rainstorm yowled, "Mintclaw!" He growled and leapt on the fox's back, sinking his teeth in.

Honeypelt grinned, and mewed "then you'll be an apprentice soon!" she purred, then turned and padded out of camp.

Mintclaw then raised her back paws and thrust them against the fox's chest. Pushing it backwards slightly, she dodged out of the way of the snapping teeth and leapt on its back, clawing at its thin ear fur.

Fallowkit yelled (quite loudly) after her, "I want to be a medicine apprentice!"

Rainstorm bit the fox's eye and blinded it, but the fox hit the side of his head with it's paw, sending his flying.

"Rainstorm!" Mintclaw meowed in suprise, while she was distracted the fox threw her off and ran toward Rainstorm, "no!" she hissed, then jumped up and rammed into the fox, throwing it aside. Then she sliced down its throat, but it kicked out at her. She went flying back into the bushes, and landed against a hidden rock in the bushes. She fell, beginning to lose conciousness.

Honeypelt stopped, she turned around and padded back into camp, she looked at Fallowkit with a smile, "and I believe you will make a wonderful medicine cat one day!" she walked gracefully over to him and touched his nose, "now we'd better tell (I forgot who the leader is of this clan), (he/she) will want to know about it." then Honeypelt padded over to the leader's den.

Rainstorm ran over to the fox, bleeding from a cut on the side of his head, but bit the fox's throat and tore it. The fox yelped and ran across the border. Rainstorm limped over to Mintclaw, taking her scruff in his jaws. He stumbles, but he lost conciousness when he was half a mile from the camp.

((Streamstar, and I play him right now.)) Fallowkit followed her, "Streamstar will let me for sure!" Streamstar then padded out of the den, "You wanted to see me Honeypelt?"

Honeypelt nodded and meowed "when its time for this young cat to become an apprentice, I would like him to become the next medicine cat apprentice" her eyes firm but her voice gave way to a little excitement.

Mintclaw lost conciousness along the way that Rainstorm dragged her to camp. She fell into a black sea of darkness.

Duskpaw smiled excitedly, "Did I pass?"

"You did pass" mewed Cloverleaf as she walked into camp.

"Streamstar i have good news about Duskpaw" meowed Cloverleaf as she walked up to him."

(How many lives does Streamstar have?)

Streamstar nodded, "Fallowkit is almost six moons, so I can appoint him as an apprentice today. You two can wait by the Fallenlog and wait for the clan meeting." He then turned to Cloverleaf, "Tell me."

((Streamstar has all 9 of his lives, and he is still young.))
