- You can only register obakefolk that you own.
- You may only post forms when the thread is open.
- Currently, you may only register a maximum of 4 obakefolk per month. This limit resets at 0:00 GMT (CS rollover) on the 1st of each month.
- There is no upper limit to how many total obakefolk you can register, so if you’re out of space this month, just wait until next month.
- Your obake needs both a registration page and a completed pre-registration form to be registered.
- Your obake needs a name to be registered; “TBD” or similar is not acceptable. You can always change your obake’s name later at the Archive Update Thread.

After obtaining a new obake, you are required to register them for them to count as part of the species and be usable within the ARPG and community. This thread will guide you through the process of registering your obake.
This thread is only to register obakefolk who have never been registered before. If your obake was previously registered but now has a new registration page, that change should be recorded at the Archive Update Thread.
Your obake will need a registration page to be registered. A registration page is an Oekaki thread that contains only the obake’s reference. This may be the original post or a separate copy. When an obake is registered, a staff member will post a "registration post" on the associated registration thread that includes all relevant registration information. Obakefolk that were originally posted in “batches” with multiple adopts on a single drawing will need separate registration threads. Obakefolk that were adopted out or sold on threads that have many other posts may also need separate registration pages to prevent thread clutter. A good rule of thumb is that if there are enough posts on an obake’s original thread that the registration post would show up on the second page or later, the obake needs a separate registration page.
Here is an example of a completed registration page using the species mascot Flax.
◆ Rules
Registration may fail if a registration page, name, or pre-registration information is not provided, if the obake in question has restricted traits that item usages do not account for, or if you are attempting to register an obake that does not belong to you. If registration fails, you will be contacted by a staff member with the reason why.
Fill this form out to register your obake:
After posting your form, a staff member will update the Archive and post registration information on your obake’s registration page within 7 days. If 7 days have passed and your obake has not been registered, feel free to contact Pyromaniacal with a reminder.
