Sexuality: Heterosexual (bi-curious?)
Camp Information
Godly Parent: Apollo
Claimed?: Yes
Cabin: Cabin 7
Number of Beads on Necklace: 5
Weapon(s):
βΈ a baby pink ribbon that transforms into a longbow when unraveled and extended. when not in use, she wears the ribbon as a hair accessory. she has an additional red ribbon to serve as a quiver, and a blue ribbon that transforms into a pouch containing varying poisons she coats her arrows with.
Powers:
βΈ musical healing - Lucy is a capable healer, as many of the Apollo demigods are, but her musical prowess goes further than simply soothing the nerves of her fellow campers. when playing an instrument she is skilled in, she is capable of weaving a tune that can heal minor wounds, ease mental anguish, or in more severe cases, stabilize severely injured beings and stave off death.
βΈ mimicry - she can be a little manipulative sometimes, and she's been known to "steal" other camper's voices. Lucy can perfectly mimic the voice of anyone she's met, right down to the tone and mannerisms.
βΈ throw voice - although her manipulation of sound waves isn't as extensive as some of her other siblings, her skill is enough for her to make her voice, or any one she's using, sound as though it's coming from somewhere completely different. when combined with her mimicry, she can even appear to take over someone's voice and speak for them. this causes her to be ridiculously persuasive, getting yes answers when they should be no.
βΈ botanical affinity - children of Apollo commonly have forms of biokinesis, but Lucy's strangely is most strongly linked with plants. she's knowledgeable about most species of plant life, how much water they need, level of sunlight, soil pH, whether they're edible or poisonous, etc. it makes her a skilled gardener and a gatherer in a pinch. she has an empathetic link with plants she herself has cultivated from seeds, and this link is so strong that she is capable of scrying through such plants. the final trait this gives her is immunity to all plant-based poisons.
βΈ archery skill - Lucy has a natural skill with any kind of bow or crossbow, stemming from her divine heritage. she could pick up even the most ragtag kind of bow and make a fine weapon out of it. though generally, she prefers to avoid that.
βΈ lyrical prowess - she's a skilled songwriter and poet, and quite often she sold out this skill of hers to woeful lonely boys in exchange for favors.
Physical Description
Lucy, at first glance, has all the hallmarks of a daughter of Aphrodite. She stands at an average 5'7 (1.7 m) and has a lithe, petite build. She has a perfect smile with supple lips, a small nose, and a flattering face shape. Lucy only adds to these features with makeup, sticking to a rigorous routine that would make the children of the love goddess proud. She has long auburn hair she wears either up in a ponytail or curled, as her hair is naturally straight. Her reddish-brown locks frame her face when her hair is down, perfectly complementing her brown eyes.
If Lucy has any scars underneath all her layers of makeup and clothing, no one can tell. In reality, she does have a couple. She has a small stripe on the bottom of her chin where it meets her neck and a large, misshapen, circular scar on her right thigh.
Keeping with the theme, Lucy's outfits are always excessively flashy, decorated with ribbons and jewelry in varying pastel colors. Her Camp Half-Blood wardrobe tones it down a few notches, as she reluctantly sacrifices some extravagance in favor of utility, but she's always an easy target to spot on the battlefield nonetheless, though that doesn't make her any less dangerous.
Personality
Above all else, Lucy is a confident, self-assured individual who knows what her time is worth and never settles for anything less. She spits in the face of confrontation and laughs in the face of danger, just daring someone to come and try opposing her will. Although she's usually just mildly manipulative, at the worst of times she can be whole-heartedly ruthless to achieve her goals. She's most well known as a matchmaker, playing with the heartstrings of her fellow campers for fun. Lucy would see a five-year relationship crumble to ash with a single, well-written love letter slipped into a backpack, and she relishes the amount of power it gives her. She's a drama queen and rumor weed, and she's got a finger in every pie when it comes to the Camp Half-Blood cliques, as it's reflective of her similar position in school outside of the Long Island summer camp. To those who aren't familiar with her tactics, she's an expert at the air-headed, playing dumb act to get herself out of trouble. Despite her almost dominating manipulation and shallow friendships, there still is a person hiding in there who just doesn't always realize when to take a step back. When no is okay, and when to reevaluate where your loyalties lie. It's difficult to pull off, but there are a few campers who have broken through and made a true friend out of Lucy.
Likes: blackmail, intimidation, eavesdropping
Dislikes: being told no, doing her dirty work, powerful forces that can adequately oppose her
Fears: Lucy surrounds herself with all kinds of false friends, fake faces, and uses less than tasteful tactics as a means to an end, but she feels powerless without having a few pawns to knock around. therefore, she fears losing her munitions.
Fatal flaw: Lucy is too reliant on her mortal half, as strange as that sounds. Her manipulation, blackmail, mind games, all of it is practiced from her mother's half. her divine gifts from Apollo accentuate them, but she relies too heavily on the usage of pawns and doesn't have any faith in herself to accomplish tasks alone.
Background:
Lucy's childhood was a quiet one. At least, as quiet as one can be when your mother is, Olivia Williams, a member of New York's city council. Instead of facing the threats of harpies or gorgons, Lucy instead found herself up against more mundane threats: kidnappings, death threats, assassination attempts. She grew to be rather good at lying her way out of these kinds of situations, buying just enough time for herself to be rescued or released, and from a young age, these dangers were simply considered normal. She went to school at Horace Mann in New York City, but after more successful kidnappings than anyone was comfortable with, Lucy began having bodyguards almost everywhere she went. "Bert and Ernie," as she called them, became Lucy's sword and shield against threats, and she evolved from fearing for her life to boldly defying danger altogether. At some point during her elementary years, Lucy went on a full power trip and demanded her mother allow her to change her last name to her at the time obsession, Blitzen, her favorite of Santa's reindeer. Lucy didn't take no for an answer, so Olivia simply pretended to. All of Lucy's teachers and fellow students know to refer to her as "Blitzen" rather than "Williams," lest they face her mother's wrath. Her first encounter with a monster resulted in the death of her shield, Ernie, and Bert resigned soon after the incident. For the first time, Lucy felt as though she'd lost a piece of herself. She had lost something more than just a pawn. Although her guards were replaced promptly, they never felt the same. The next year, Lucy began spending her summers at Camp Half-Blood, as the demigod camp provided the added benefit of protecting her from mortal threats she would otherwise face outside the camp walls.
Personal Relationships: γpos βγγneu βγγneg βγγfriend β©γγbest friend β
γγlove int. β‘γγenemy βγβΈOphelia [β]
Mirabelle's presence as the Aphrodite head counselor
has greatly affected Lucy's influence over the doves,
Ophelia included. As a result, Lucy shares the same
distaste for Ophelia as Mira.
βΈJuliet [β]
Lucy considers the daughter of Hermes a valuable
asset, but she's kept her distance for the time being
until she has the proper arsenal to pull Juliet under
her wing.
βΈAggy [β]
Given that Aggy is unclaimed, Lucy has tried her best
so far to stay on Aggy's good side and play nice. She
doesn't strike Lucy as a Hermes camper, so for now
she'll wait and see.
βΈReese [β]
Lucy has tried on a couple of different occasions to try
and butter up the Hades camper if only to add a
member of one of the Big Three campers to her
arsenal. Unfortunately, Reese turns down all of her
attempts because his grandfather raised him better.
This drives Lucy up the wall.
βΈCeleste [β]
Celeste, as new campers go, would be quite a steal to
add to Lucy's asset list. She's older than most of
the camp crowd, but she strikes Lucy as very self-
sufficient, and she could prove useful for gaining
info from the Aphrodite crowd.
βΈJack [β]
Jack is handy to have around since he isn't prone
to ask questions about why Lucy wants to know
certain things. Lucy most often uses him to
deliver notes and poems, though she definitely
does like the hats, scarves, and gloves he tends
to make for people.
βΈJamie [β]
Jamie's art projects are Lucy's go to conversation
starter, though she tends to slip one or two
probing questions into their chats. He never
seems to pick up on them, but his answers are
quite helpful.
βΈCaleb [β]
Caleb is a lot of talk, and it makes him an easy read
for Lucy. He's pretty egotistical, smug, and, for a
child of Athena, very gullible. She enjoys his
company greatly, especially when coupled with
Aiden.
βΈWilhem [β]
Lucy appreciates Will's quiet nature, but nothing she
does seems to affect him in either a positive or
negative way. He's incredibly level but he isn't a
pushover, so she can't often get her way with
Will unless it's something he planned in the first
place.
βΈDahlia [β]
If Lucy ever wanted to have an allyship with Dahlia,
it was soiled her first day at camp. Maybe it was
was her abilities as a Nemesis demigod, but from
the moment Lucy opened her mouth, Dahlia knew.
βΈAsh [β]
Lucy has only met Ash in passing, mostly since he keeps
to himself inside the Hypnos cabin, but he's always
seemed rather interesting to her. He contrasts from
Delilah in such a way that she's decided to try and
become friends with him at some point.
βΈEmmie [β©]
Emmie is Lucy's only handhold in the Zeus cabin, but
she's a steadfast ally. The two of them clicked day
one and Lucy greatly enjoys having chats with her
about this and that.
βΈJenn [β]
More than any other camper, Lucy considers Jenn a
threat to her authority. Jenn has her own share of
blackmail against Lucy with her knowledge of her
scrying plants. Jenn and Lucy are similar but also
on opposite ends of the spectrum, and from the
outside, they seem like good friends. Looks can
be deceiving.
βΈAurelia [β]
Unfortunately, Aurelia is one of several Aphrodite campers
that Mirabelle got to before Lucy really could. Although
Relia doesn't outwardly show it, Lucy knows that she dislikes
her. It's a frustrating bump, but as far as these hiccups go,
it's one of the more minor ones.
βΈKathryn [β]
Despite their similarities, Lucy considers Kathryn an ally
more than a threat. Kathryn has never challenged her
authority, and unlike her tentative partnership with
Jenn, Kathryn doesn't expect anything in return for
her rumor spreading and chaos causing. Lucy actually
enjoys the attention she gets from Kathryn, as well.
Cabinmates
βΈApollo [β]
Lucy has met her father a couple of times, usually in
passing. She sees him as a little too ditzy and
unaware, he never seems to take things seriously
and his image suffers because of it. Still, she
retains some respect for him since he is a
god and the source of many of her abilities.
βΈDante [β]
Before Hank, Dante was the one in Lucy's pocket. He
was notably more observant than the former, which
meant she had to tiptoe around him just to be safe.
Now that he's out of the position of power, Lucy
doesn't have as much use for him, but they
remain on good terms.
βΈFelix [β]
Felix's loyalty was his downfall. Lucy never had to
know, only pretend that she did, and it was always
enough to keep Felix wrapped around her pinkie.

Other Parties
βΈVivienne [β]
As a person, Lucy couldn't care less about Vivienne
and her emotions, but now that they're directly
affecting her livelihood, she's been forced to pick
a side. Strangely, Lucy sympathizes with her; she
is all too familiar with both sides of Stockholm
Syndrome and gaslighting, and Vivienne is a
powerful enemy that Camp Half-Blood doesn't
want.
βΈChiron [β]
Although Mr. D is also a camp director, Chiron plays a
more major role in handling camp affairs, which means
Lucy has to double down on efforts that may potentially
involve the centaur. He's intelligent and her fledgling
fibs tend to crumble under his tenured scrutiny
if she doesn't have anyone else to support her.
βΈDionysus [β]
God or not, Mr. D is certainly more of a nuisance than
anything else. Although he presents himself in a
better fashion than her father, Dionysus still acts
like a temperamental ten-year-old in time out.
βΈChuck [β]
Given how close of a relationship the satyr has with
Mira, Lucy has been very careful to keep her true
colors under wraps around him. She's certain the
Aphrodite camper has tried warning Chuck in the
past, but she's reliant on his obliviousness and her
own skills to keep him from questioning her
intentions.
βΈLaika [β]
It's safe to say Lucy and Laika do not get along. In fact,
it's an understatement. Lucy has a blatant disregard
for the authority of any of the Hunters, and Laika is no
exception. She sees her as a threat, which often causes
camp-wide tension during the annual visits from the
Hunters.
Senior Counsel
βΈMirabelle [β]
Lucy and Victoria, the previous head counselor of the
Aphrodite cabin, were very close friends until Mira
showed up. Lucy used to have the entirety of cabin
10 in her pocket, but after Mira took control, Lucy lost
almost all of her allies. Unlike most of the others aware
of the "Mirabelle the Red" incident, the daughter of
Apollo didn't back away or grow afraid of Mirabelle. In
addition, Lucy's plant bugs all around camp have given
her a goldmine of blackmail against Mira, which she
uses to at the very least keep her in line.
βΈHank [β]
Lucy considers Hank one of her favorite pawns. As the
head counselor of her own cabin, Hank gives her more
access to the higher points of camp that would otherwise
be out of her reach. As far as Hank is aware, she thinks
of him as one of her besties. She "shares everything with
him" and he's the first to know when she has problems.
βΈCass [β]
Lucy has tried here and there to get Cass as an "ally,"
but she could never quite get the Hermes head
counselor to bite. The two are rather on the fence
with one another, but so long as they keep out of
one another's business they're amicable.
βΈAiden [β©]
Despite all his fussing, anger, and warnings about
Lucy, she absolutely adores him. He was kind to
her during her first summer and taught her to
weave flower crowns, and in return, she showers
him in affection. Lucy hasn't ever tried to put
him in her pocket (she has Caleb for that), so
their relationship is a bit more genuine on her
end.
βΈAuggie [β]
For the past few years, Lucy has kept her distance
from Auggie due to her snappish and standoffish
nature, even after she became counselor of the
Hades cabin. Now that her grudge against Orin
has grown into something more vehement, she
may try to gain some favor with her.
βΈDelilah [β©]
Originally, Lucy trod very carefully around Delilah
when the Hypnos head counselor discovered her
scrying plants, but it soon became clear Delilah
didn't pick up on their purpose. Once she was
finished walking on eggshells, Lucy became good
friends with Delilah, despite not having much
reason to pursue a friendship with her.
βΈHu [β]
Although genuinely Lucy doesn't consider Hu a
friend, the two of them do get along. Hu's bubbly
eccentricism is a welcomed trait, and Lucy does
enjoy the Hamilfish performances in the Posideon
cabin.
βΈOrin [β]
Lucy's "pet project" so to speak. They were on amicable,
but that time is in the past. Orin made a mistake
making an enemy of her, and so she's got her heart
set on seeing him crumble, even as the world falls
apart around the safety of the camp's walls.
