What cheers you up??: honestly? nothing fully cheers me up, but something is able to distract me from my sadness for a while. at least until i remember it-and resort back to it. music cheers me up-not only that, but it makes me happy. the feeling of music in my ears, i can't go a single night without falling asleep to a song, or playing a single instrument. music is what drives me, and sometimes i connect songs to memories, or sometimes i refuse to listen to music that brings a certain feeling. but no matter what, music cheers me up, it's my distraction and escape.
Why are you sad if you are??: i'm not entirely sad. only so, because i cannot see family at all during the holidays. much like others in this pandemic. so i don't try to be sad about it, that would be selfish compared to those who are grateful for more minor things.
