Though I cuss the most when I'm angry or scared. It's always to myself when nobody's around though. Rarely do I let one slip around my family but it's not surprising since they cuss as well. It's a bad habit that I really need to break but it's really hard because I feel like I can't express my anger near enough if I don't cuss.

THIS WAS FUN!I used to hang out with a weird crowd years ago,so I started using the F word frequently before it became common.hah--I swear too much every time I have to admit. I THINK IT DEPENDS ON YOUR FRUSTRATION LEVEL;some of us feel frustrated all the time like its a mental problem.That would be me cause I'm also trying to lose weight and the holidays make it hard. I don't usually cuss, but when I get really upset I can really let loose. I'm talking like... every other word I say is a swear word. It's only when I get really, really angry though.
