"Well I suppose that's only a short time compared to some of the people that have been here for like most of their lives. Man, I'd hate to be them. Not saying that this place is bad. Because it's better than my old trailer home in Detroit." My eyes were looking at her, but again I couldn't see much. "And I know, I'm nice, I'm wonderful. I'm everything." My voice came out in a joke-like matter.

"Yes you are," Bella's voice became flirty again. She laughed, then flipped her hair out of her eyes. "It would be hard to live here all your lives. I never knew my father, so I'm pretty good about living here."

Kibbe came up to them, "hermia? are you feeling better? and whats this about Aphrodite? Do we have yet more trouble? cus if we do I swear im gonna take you to Chiron right now and elope. he said smiling at her."

Hermia looked at him. "I'm sorry..." She hugged him. "The Aphrodite kid won't be a bother." She looked up at him. "Getting anxious are we?"

"I had a fake family. Well besides my brother, he's apparently a son of Athena was well, but he ran off before he could be brought here to half blood hill." I didn't usually talk about my brother - Dak. I really did hate to think about him. "My dad was always busy with my 'mom.' But she was a fake mother he made us believe was our real mother. It sucked, and I'd prefer to be here. Even though it still must be hard to live here for a long time."

Kibbe looked at her, "anxious, me, uh.. never," he said sweat pouring down his face betraying the lye. " ok, ok yes, alot." the sweating stoped. "im glad your back to normal," he said kissing her.

Bella picked up a rock and through it into the water, making a loud splash. "I envy you, at least you had a family, even if it was fake," she sighed, then a small sob escaped her lips. She picked herself back up, pretending nothing had happened. "So.." her voice cracked, "Do you like to draw?"

Hermia looked at him and kissed him. "I felt you get hurt." She looked in his eyes. "And it brought me back. YOur soul."

I stopped myself from saying something sarcastic like; 'Yeah, because I can do that.' But instead I just shrugged. "Well I was once dared to draw a horse, I think I was told that it looked like a obese rat with it's eyes in the sky." My voice was lightened with slight laughter. I even could tell that this girl probably had a rough past, so I had to say something to lighten the mood. Even though it kinda mocked myself [but it was true.]

Bella laughed, "Well, here," she put a small piece of paper into his hand. "You can have this one," (remember, she doesn't know he is blind)

"Uh.. wait so what exactly do you want me to do with this?" I didn't know if there was something already on the paper, or if she expected me to draw or write something on it. If she expected me to write something on it than she must surelly only want to mock me because of it. I raised an eye brow as I waited for her answer.
