it's a spoken word song, and as the lyrics get more crucial, the instruments get louder and more intense and there's this huge crescendo near the end, and you need to read the lyrics as the song goes along to hear everything. god, it's beautiful.
wow i've been searching for this song for so long. it's one of my favorite songs with spoken word that i used to listen to a lot a few years ago. i love old gray.

i think "yellow" by coldplay made me cry once. i rediscovered it when i was going through a really rough patch in my life. kinda funny but it was like chris martin (the singer) was singing to me. it took me a few listens to finally get it. listening to it again now makes me look back and see how much better i am now.
a song that actually nearly made me cry today was "all who remain" by beware of darkness. it's such an intense, emotional song. it gives me the feeling of someone i know actually died if that makes sense haha.
i've listened to it so many times before but now it just speaks to me. it reminds me of my past self and a couple of important people in my life. it helps me understand that a least one person in your life would be distraught if you ever died, even if you weren't necessarily close.
"snot" by alex g. another song that reminds me of myself lol.
