-[This is a big one!] You need a Skull (group of dragons) to participate in adopts! This is to ensure that you develope your dragons, and not just because you want the design!
-Respect other users and staff
-Don't complain if you don't get something
-Be honest about rewards/dragons
-Stay CS appropriate at all times
-Follow an artist's rules for their adopts
-This is a closed species, no making your own without a MYO.
-ABSOLOUTELY NO ART THEFT

Reminder: Copying another person's art without permission to reproduce their work is a form of art-theft!

-Follow all CS rules

For Artists:
You can add rules to your contest.
You can extend as much as you want.
You can disqualify people.
You don't have to choose a winner. (If you don't, extend please)
You don't have to extend.
If you don't extend an nobody enters, add the dragon to your Skull.
Don't go crazy with traits.
One mythical trait each week, if the event is happening.
Don't make so many adopts that you can't keep track.

You get 3 strikes, and then a temp. ban, 5 strikes for a perm. ban.
Strikes reset at the start of the month.
You get 2 warnings before each strike.
You can PM sending an apology for your behaviour and you will SLOWLY regain your privilages in the ARPG.

1 Strike - Temp. banned from participating in adopts, but not rest of arpg.
2 Strikes - Temp. banned from participating in adopts, but not rest of arpg.
3 Strikes - Temp ban from ARPG.
4 Strikes - Temp ban from ARPG
5 Strikes - Perm ban from ARPG.

Extra wings (up to 2), goop, glow, body material edit, extra limbs (up to 2), non-visible magic, plant/wood growth

Very Rare
Exposed bones, visible magic, extra head, large spikes, body edits (bipedal, muscled, etc), custom lines, gem/rock growth, man-made materials growth

Missing limbs, no horns, no wings (exceptions is babies)
