Tundrapaw seemed compliant with Surfbird, much to his relief.
He was honestly worried if she ignored him, as there was a chance he could be punished.
Surfbird felt distressed, *why did Venomstar make me rashka? He definitely doesn't treat me like one!*
"Hey, you alright loser?" Tundrapaw prodded.
"O-oh, I was just happy that you-" he coughed, "I mean, thanks for training with me!"
*Now I sound like a child! What's wrong with me??*
She chuckled, "Yea, you're not so bad I suppose."

Later, Venomstar checked up with Tundrapaw, "How did training go?"
She shrugged, "He wasn't so bad, I worked with him ok I guess."
He looked at her, "So he did what I told him to?"
She nodded, "Yeah,"
"Good, if he didn't, he would have been demoted to kaar."
Tundrapaw tilted her head as Venomstar walked off, *hmm, he didn't care about what I did at all...*
*maybe he's only harsh to kaar and above?*
She thought about telling Surfbird, but decided to keep this little piece of info for herself.

Lionfade starts to develop feelings for Huckleberryfoot.
She is completely oblivious, even though he wants to go on every patrol that she goes on.
Meanwhile, Tikkitavi has his eyes set on Lionfade.
He finds himself even more attracted to him after he got his scar.
Once he realizes this fact, he becomes slightly embarrassed and vows to never tell Venomstar.

Venomstar created a larger hunting patrol, as leaf bare was underway.
He could feel the cold prick his skin, but mostly ignored it.
He just thought he should keep physically moving to keep warm,
since he didn't have a queen of his own to share his warmth with yet.
This thought prompted him to think of Huckleberryfoot,
he brushed it off immediately and was determined to forget that that had happened.
To change the subject, he thought back to the attack on the patrol.
He thought to ask for a changa, but on a whim, he decided to ask for a kindraa instead.

Palemist
Palemist strode into camp, her tail held high with pride as she dropped her squirrel on the almost empty fresh-kill pile. She glanced up to see Froststar and Snowclaw sitting on a low branch talking in low voices. Palemist heard the mention of leaf-bare and the lack of prey. She turned away and shivered as a cold breeze blew through her pelt.

"You okay?" she heard a voice from behind her and turned to see Brambletail walking up.

"Oh y-yeah, just a little cold." she blushed. He smiled and just barely brushed up against her as he walked by. She found herself leaning into him as he went, and not only for his warmth. Palemist had always thought he looked handsome. His lean muscular frame, his deep brown eyes, his proud but caring personality, his- Her thoughts were interrupted as Brambletail turned back to look at her.

"Would you... maybe want to go hunting with me?" he asked. Palemist's heart almost leaped out of her chest. Even though she had just returned from a hunt, she was definitely not going to pass up the opportunity to go with him.

"Yes, of course!" she bounded over to him, trying (and failing) to contain her excitement.

"Shhhhh, its alright." Sakuragaze said softly, her tail resting on the back of the sobbing queen. "He'll take good care of Aloeskit, he seemed like a really good tom, and you know it."

Fuzzribbon's whole body shook, as she wrapped herself around the five kittens still in their nest. The sixth was gone, taken to a clan up in the mountains, to be with her father. "I know," she whispered softly "Pamplemousseeyes, he's amazing. He's...perfect, really. I know he'll take care of her, it's just..." she shuddered, burying her face in the fuzz of her children. "Im going to miss her, and, being apart from both of them, its tearing at me."

Sakuragaze lowered her head and ran her tongue along the curly fur at the back of Fuzzribbon's head. "It'll be alright, you'll see him again, and her, at gatherings, on border patrols, you'll find ways."

Fuzzribbon nodded, resting her nose on one of the small tabby kittens. Three of her litter of six had been born with her curly fur, and the other three had the straight fur of most cats. The kitten Pamplemousseeyes had taken, Aloeskit, she had been one of the curly ones.

One of the kittens, Marronkit, slowly rolled over onto his back, and blinked slowly up at his mother. He let out a soft mew, and the two she-cats looked down at him, smiling. Fuzzribbon lowered her muzzle and gave Marronkit a lick on the head, causing him to mew again in protest, his paws waving as her tongue rasped across his fur.

This woke up Chestnutkit, who flailed slightly as she woke, waking Walnutkit and Blackkit. Blackkit's hind legs kicked out, waking up Cocoakit. Fuzzribbon laughed softly, and lowered her head, letting the kittens paw at her fur.

"Thank you, Sakuragaze." Fuzzribbon said softly. "And you're right. I will see them again. And I'll make sure these five know their father, and their sister."

Note: I have given the cats Crabstar, Stonewish, Bumblefeather, Spiderpaw and Lightpaw away in the fan club. I am also in need of another mod for now since I used to have Chamrosh.

Being this close to the ocean always had its dangers. But when the weather turned for the worse, it was too dangerous to stay in OceanClan's territory any longer. The cats scattered. Many of them joined a new clan. Pinepond and Wetwhisker stuck together during this time of hardship.

After a few moons of being away, the two cats decided to return and see how things were doing. The awful storm was gone. No other cats were there except for Pinepond and Wetwhisker. There were damages all around from what the storm had left. The only thing that happened to be not destroyed was the medicine cat's den with all the herbs inside. There was also two dead fish laying on the shore, one small and one big. Pinepond, being the more ambitious of the two, decided that they needed to restart the clan. Wetwhisker, being the more lazy of the two, said he didn't care as long he didn't have to be leader.

Pinestar decided since he was now leader, he had to go visit the Moon Island. He was nervous, this being his first time. Pinestar swam towards the island as fast as he could.

Starclan immediately started talking, or whatever it does to communicate, to Pinestar. "We are glad to have you as the new leader," they said quietly.

Pinestar went quiet for a moment. He had never believed that this moment would ever happen. "Could... could I possibly have another cat come to OceanClan? Any cat... I don't mind who they are."

A wave knocked against the island. "We will try our best," they said. Then they stopped talking. Pinestar swam back, satisfied to have had a chance to communicate with Starclan.

It's that time of year when the air starts to develop a slight edge, a sure sign that Jack Furrost is on his way. For now the skies are clear but the sunshine is cold- a pale imitation of the golden summer moons. An early waning moon has set medicine cats on edge; surely only famine and harsh snows can follow such an omen. Cats are more likely to develop illnesses in the coming moons and kittings will be harsh. Already clans can imagine the pitiful mewls of kittens left without mothers on the wind.

Traveling through the underbrush and stalking up to an abandoned two-leg nest, a dark-colored she-cat looked around warily. She made sure that she was not followed and slunk through a hole in the stone wall surrounding the cellar of this old house. Within the cellar there is a fair bit of debris, though it would make a perfect place for a clan camp. She dropped the moss she had been carrying at the base of the dilapidated stairs and took a seat on the remaining intact one. She knew that this would be her best place for making her new camp, holding the lofty ideals of her great-aunt’s original clan. Jinxclan is where her favorite stories came from and that is what she will attempt to recreate, but without the infighting and destruction that took it down. To honor her ancestor’s clan, she wants to name her clan something that will reflect it’s history but not be bound by it. Jinx was always seen as a boon to one’s self, so she will name her new clan Hexclan, since a hex is a boon given to another.
