Wayne's eye twitched as the brat continued to speak. Before he could retort with another load of sexist garbage, however, she pushed back her hair to reveal piercing eyes. This was enough to pause the bigot in his tracks. It was Diana Schirmer, daughter of the Administrator of Thrinton. A woman he'd stolen something from in the not-so-distant past.
The shock on Wayne's face was quickly replaced by clenched teeth as she challenged him to a duel, sounding like some formal old Onetian. She didn't even want to use a weapon. Well, Wayne's sword had been confiscated on arrival, so he couldn't swing it at her face even if he wanted to.
"Are you stupid?" He sputtered, getting his fists up and ready.
"Come in here and I'll teach you your disgracin place, woman. Your pops ain't here to save you now."Ardai Fairchild

"Yeah! Everyone will see how great we are." Ardai could just envision the scene now. With six-inch heels and his friend perched on his shoulders, he would be unforgettable. Not even the tallest crowd of Twodorian warrior-woman could overlook them. Heck, even Emperor Brungard himself would be intimidated.
When Quinn began showing the ideas, Ardai leaned over with bright curious eyes. These outfits were perfect for the Prince of Oneta, but at the same time wouldn't offend the more casual districts either. It amazed the redhead how his friend could find such a balance.
"Oooh wow. He's definitely going to love them!" Ardai exclaimed, still ogling the outfit ideas.
"Maaaaybe you could test them on me before giving them to my son? Mother knows best after all!"Ardai was the worst at hiding his intentions. He obviously just wanted to strut around in fancy clothes, especially ones of his best friend's creation. They were even more special.

Sycamore nodded - she agreed wholeheartedly with her friend. The whole point of revolution was to make the world a better place. Some of the more militant rebels like Commander Kendrick seemed to forget that at times, allowing violence and hate to blind them from the truth. The Uprising existed to help the people.
"I couldn't have said it better," She told Aida with a smile in her general direction.
"Also when we go to Twodor, I bet at least twenty mums will adopt you baby. I know I would!" It was probably Sycamore's instinct to think humans were cute, but Aida was especially adorable and cheerful. Too bad they were the same age, so no adopting.
It became easier to see as they approached Prince Alastair's cell. Sycamore put on a bright smile, hoping to encourage Aida a bit before the conversation.
"Good evening." Alastair looked up from the journal he'd been writing in. Sycamore recalled Aisling delivering it to him alongside the blankets and pillows.
"Please, ask me anything. You have every right to know."Gavotte Tenuto

Gavotte smiled softly, glad he hadn't offended the blonde with his sudden appearance.
"I'd love to," He responded, approaching the empty chair. Before taking a seat, Gav shuffled it a little closer to Jen. A gentle smile softened his features that, minutes ago, had been creased in anger towards the tyrant's son.
"Not bad..." He admitted when asked about the interrogation. Jen had left early, while the rest of the Phoenix Squad stayed to hear the other interviews. They were pretty repetitive, just a Brungard being manipulative as usual.
"Although I feel we got nothing sincere out of him. I can fill you in on what you missed, but I don't trust a word he says."As his eyes fell on Jen's bandaged hand, Gavotte's expression shifted from disgruntled to concerned.
"Anyway, I'm sorry you had to deal with that. If you need to talk about anything, just let me know okay?" He gazed up at her with worried blue eyes, at the same time hoping he wasn't overstepping her boundaries.
"I don't want you to feel alone, Jen."
