Hey kid, if you're reading this it's because you needed to hear something really important right this moment and I know no-one else cares enough to tell you what you need to know. So I'm writing this letter to you and I hope it finds you well enough. I know you've been going through a lot, with your mentor, with your training, I know it feels like the world is really closing in on your now. I know it feels like each day is impossibly long and you spend half the time just trying to make it through the minutes that feel like hours.
I wanted to let you know that things get better, it may feel like no-ones listening to you but you are more heard than you think and more trusted than you can believe.
