Question About Oekaki Adopts

I know that an adopt has thirty days to be judged after its end date, but is there anything you can do if it's been way over that? Like... I've tried out for a bunch of adopts that haven't been judged in three+ months but the creators/artists who made them are still online and active, so I was wondering, can you report the topic or send a message to an Oekaki mod? Or are they a lost cause? ;;
