Some of my pets haven't gotten rarities?

Some of my pets have been fully grown for a while now but still don't have rarities. I have been on this website for a long time now and I couldn't remember. Help please?

Same here, maybe CS hasn't updated the rarites for August's pets?

Pets can be listed as "unknown rarity" for a month or two, if not longer based on the pet! Rarity is calculated based on how many of those pets were adopted, and how many people have the pet. As this has to be updated manually, it sometimes takes a while to show up. With store pets, especially, we have to wait until the store pets are retired before their rarity can be updated.

monthly pets do not receive their rarities until 1-3 months after adoption for those pets is closed (when the next month's pets come out). during events, it usually takes longer. just check every few days and they'll appear eventually!

The rarity of an animal comes in when it is no longer up for adoption I think. I'm not 100% sure though.
