pet site builder help

so I tried all the links from the stickied "pet site builders" but they're all broken/old.
could someone please post what they recommend? do not worry about difficulty/knowledge of coding, I have some knowledge and I'm always learning c: anything for beginners, or something more advanced, doesn't matter to me!

edit: also any video tutorials teaching any html, php, javascript etc. I could use as well. I prefer learning from watching videos since I'm more of a visual learner! or if there are even videos on how to make a pet site that'd be even better. I'm still looking and having trouble!

haven't you made site before?

Coding is easy for pet sites. But you've to be creative with codes. You can make lot of cool things with simple codes too!

easy but best to learn:

and you've to learn SQL coding too. because ALL the pet sites need it to store user data!

Remember: PHP is server side. which means just outputs its result to the browser and code itself won't work on browsers.
If you'd like to make site Life-Animations too. You MUST learn javascript. which browser can run it too!

Even you can want me to code things for you for FREE!

well, both. I used to program about ten years ago, and I haven't really since then. but I'm so stressed that I don't think I'd have the time to full out learn a few languages completely, that's why I was hoping for an old pet site template.
