Posting drawings? Procreate

Hi!
I’ve been wanting to do adoptables but been wondering how. I use Procreate on my iPad and use imgur to host photos.
I’m confused as to which files I use. PNG files?

Once I know what files I’m suppose to use how do I post them? I try looking for imgur in the list of apps I can place the drawings, but imgur is not there.

Please help!
