So,
It's kinda obvious that once the 2019 year dog *grows* next year, the 2020 one wil have that light green, and... the yellow on the 2010 PPS! That will make it the end of the line!

So, how about starting 2021, when the 2020 dog will *grow*, change it to CATS!! Start from the yellow, just like the 2010 dog, and continue with it through the rainbow! ^-^
