Recent Staff Hires, Promotions and Retirements!

First some personal news...I’m now joining the purple club with Tess, Nick and Sorren Fey so expect to see more of me around Announcements and posts like this in the future! To celebrate my new promotion I have the honor of announcing our newest team members!

After some deliberation we are finally ready to announce the new arrivals to our CS Team! We always get a large volume of applications and unfortunately there are only so many slots to fill so we couldn’t pick everyone. We encourage you to apply the next time we have openings if you weren’t chosen this time around!

And without further ado - please welcome our newest team members! (And a few promotions / returnees)

We also have two familiar faces Burrito Bunny and Celozon that have been promoted to Global Moderators. They both have done an amazing job in their roles as General Helpers so we are confident they will make great additions to the team!

Additionally, we are welcoming back a former staff member moonlily to her role as a Global Moderator! She has proved herself to be a great moderator in the past and we’re so happy to have her back on the team!

Retirements

Finally, we sadly have a few retirements to announce.

Pluma started out as an international forum moderator before moving on to help us as a Global Moderator and more recently an Offical CS artist! She has contributed a lot of support and great pets/items for the site over the years but sadly she doesn’t have as much time to help out as she used to.

Swiftalu started off as a General Helper and later was hired as an Oekaki Moderator. Next, she transitioned into the role of as a CS artist and has provided the site with a large number of gorgeous pets. She has always been such a great positive spirit to have on the team. Unfortunately, Swift doesn’t have enough time to contribute as an artist anymore and has decided to step down from her role.

Kyar has been a general helper since 2014 and has been such a helpful face around the forum. He has always been a great resource for users with trading questions and even created an image guide to help new users out during the December 18th re-release. Currently, Kyar has a lot on his plate and has decided it's time for him to retire from the team.

Please join me in thanking these three!!
