Juniperclan is known for their territory, their lake, and of course, juniper berries. The clan's camp
isn't far from the lake itself, and tunnels leads to their burrows which serves as their dens. The
clan's members usually have long, thick, and fluffy coats to protect them from the harsh cold
weather, and cold air that blows from the mountains, and over their lake. This, tight-knit group
of cats stands up against any threat to protect themselves, and the clan their loyal too. While,
many think others think that life is too hard for them these cats believe it to be paradise. So,
it is your choice alone. Join these cats, or live alone?

AcaciaThorn pulled herself up from her own nest, ruffling her pelt with excitement. It was time to get up MarblePaw. Everyday, she woke the young apprentice before anyone else. She'd have her go off on her own, with AcaciaThorn watching- and hunt. Undisturbed. Though MarblePaw had been reluctant, she'd mostly gotten used to the early waking by now, and as she trotted over to the apprentice's den, she was happy to see her young warrior stirring. She placed her tail gently on MarblePaw's back, and then whispered, "Let's get going, don't disturb the others yet, Mulberry is the only one really awake at this hour," as she crept from the den, she waved her tail in acknowledgement to the dark sky behind her. Dawn had not yet met the sky, and yet she knew it was fast approaching. By the time she got MarblePaw out into the territory, light would have begun to swarm the trees like a pack of moths in the night.

Mulberry rolled over in his nest in the medicine cat's den with a yawn. His place in JuniperClan was never up for question, despite his name clearly showing it's not his first home. Mulberry had assisted the clans many, many moons ago in a quest to find their meeting place with starclan, and he was a young tom then. However, on the trek back to their home, he'd fallen from a clifface saving Pebblekit from a hawk, and damaged his hind legs beyond repair. Mulberry was paralyzed. Of course, the now-leader was not supposed to be on a dangerous quest such as that one, and if she hadn't been caught by another warrior, who was now with starclan- on her way down from the bird's clutches she may have died. Mulberry was lucky to be alive.

The large tom laid in his nest, his tail swaying slowly, and his eyes narrowed. The sun had not risen yet, but it would soon. He was sure of it. He swiped his tongue over his muzzle. He closed his eyes, though his ears twitched when he heard a fellow warrior awaken. He opened an eye slightly, and watched the molly pad out of the den. That, warrior was always getting up pretty early for no particular reason. At least that's what he thought. He laid his head on his paws, before continuing to wait for the dawn light, that would signal the beginning of the day. So, he just laid there his eyes narrowed, and his ears pricked.
