⭐ Quest One: Assemble your Flight ⭐
Part 1: Find a home ➸ You can't have a flight without a place to live! Describe
or draw the area your leader has set up for their flight and how they found it.
(100 word minimum)
Part 2: Find Members ➸ A flight needs members! Draw or write a scene
of how your leader found the first three members of your flight and why they
decided to join. Minimum of 250 words per scene and 1 scene for each member
(or one scene of all three members with a minimum of 750 words.
Part 3: Establish Flight Rules ➸ Now that you have your first members,
your flight will need rules to keep everything in order. Write up your flight's
rules in detail and, if necessary, explain your leader's reasoning for them.
Rewards ➸ +3 Trust, +3 member slots, +1 Authority, +15 MP
⭐ Quest Two: Choose your Faction ⭐
➸ Write a scene of your leader choosing which deity their flight will follow
and why they made this decision in a minimum of 250 words.
Rewards ➸ Faction quests unlocked, +5 MP
⭐ Quest Three: Earn the trust of your new members ⭐
➸ Draw or write a scene of something your leader does for each member to
gain their trust in a minimum of 3 drawings or 750 words
(250 words per scene). Do not describe the outcome or the member's reactions to
these events, only your leaders intentions.
Rewards ➸ + up to 9 Trust, +10 MP
⭐ Quest Four: Choose your Second ⭐
➸ Draw or describe your leader choosing their second in command in 300
words or more or a full scene with background. If writing, feel free to describe
your second's reaction to earning their new rank.
Rewards ➸ +1 Authority, Second's Quests unlocked, +1 member slot
⭐ Quest Five: Hard Times ⭐
➸ Describe a major conflict that your flight encountered and how your leader
dealt with it in a minimum of 750 words.
Rewards ➸ +1 uncommon leadership trait
