I have a feeling that boy with luv will be the title track since from what I've noticed, bts has their title tracks right after the intro song. caps don't always mean a title track since blood sweat & tears wasn't in caps while mama was!

even if it isn't the title track, though, why are you guys considering this halsey collab bad? anything 'problematic' that I've found on halsey happened from like 2009 - 2014. if we don't grave-dig questionable things that bts did in the past, and this comeback is literally about stepping forward and growing as a person, why are we doing it with her? heck, even I've done questionable things as recently as this year, but I've realized my mistakes and grown from them. we shouldn't judge someone based on old, highly outdated news. halsey is incredibly talented musically and I'm happy to see her working with bts on this comeback. I think it will be a good combo.

??? she's done many problematic things recently. besides from that, i just find her very obnoxious and i can't stand her voice, so, yeah i'm not excited for it.

I still can't find anything bad about her that happened from 2015 onwards so I'm not really sure what you mean? but to each their own. I'm sure you have reasons for disliking her while I have my reasons for thinking she's a decent person.

the most recent things that I can find are her health issues, her advocating for poc and lgbtqa+ people, her advocating for people with mental illnesses, and how she donated 100 thousand dollars to a v important organization here in the u.s.,,,,,based upon that, she seems like a genuinely decent person to me and I honestly have to applaud her for her work. she's definitely using her platform for good and I'd 100% do the same if I was in her position.

So from we know about the album now, Make it Right seems to be the Ed Sheeran song Yoongi teased long ago, and Jamais Vu is a JinHopeKook subunit song. I'm very excited for Jamais Vu :D

+ halsey! i listen to her music a lot so i'm glad she'll be on this album.
i'm curious to see how she'll sound along with bts.

skool luv affair was my favorite album and the song boy in luv is my favorite song. (i've had boy in love linked on my profile since i joined). so this is just so exciting for me and will probably become one of my favorite eras of bts.

i kinda just want them to do their own music?
i'm getting tired of the collabs with western artists. they're good enough on their own.

I understand your point. I like their own music, without collabs, also and I can understand wanting them to do their own music more. I wouldn't say that is an unpopular opinion. However I do look at it as that maybe they want to collab with others or have been wanting to, maybe they have a list of people they want to collab with? I am sure there are many factors in why they are collabing, and I would not want them to become a group that only or for a majority does collaborations, but I don't think that will be the case and I encourage the idea of BTS getting to collab with all the artists they want to.

I haven’t been keeping up much with news about BTS, but my impression is that there are some artists who they admire as fellow musical artists/performers/etc (or as people, of course), and now that they have a global presence, they finally have a real chance to collab with the artists that they like/admire/are inspired by/etc (depending on the artist).

I could be completely off-base though

nickjr is spot on 👌🏻 we have to remember that it's their music, not ours. we shouldn't expect bts, or any artist for that matter, to make music to our exact likings instead of their own. if collabs make them happy, then they should continue doing them. they've already made it clear that they're not westernizing themselves, so what's the harm in them enjoying their hard work for all of these years? if they want to make a handful of collabs with other artists / producers that they like while they still have the chance, why should we stop them? as long as they're making the music that they want to make, I'm happy, too. I will continue to be here to support my boys ✊🏻💜
