had a really bad customer call at work today
this man's mother lived in one of our nursing & retirement homes and she died yesterday
he was understandably upset and claimed it was the fault of our employees in that facility
but he ended up taking it all out on me and told me that he hopes, and i quote, "i go to hell for supporting and covering for this company"
it's not like anything that might have happened wasn't my fault and i wasn't trying my best to help him out, nooo
funny how i always wanted to help people, but now i just... feel so empty and drained by that calling
