i have this really bad habit of practically chewing apart the inside of my mouth. i do it when i'm bored or nervous, which is a lot if the time, and pretty much have scar tissue in my mouth from how much i chew away the skin. recently i've been trying to drop this habit. i've gone three days without doing it and am kinda proud if myself. but man is it hard to stop myself from doing it since i'll just subconsciously start doing it.

^ gonna have regerts tomorrow for staying up late.
