Haven't posted here in a long while but hello again everyone uwu
Recently got a few new beautiful tolts that I haven't introduced yet <3

First little girl is from the Spring event last year.

April Showers // Vienna

Second is a beautiful girl I got from vintage's rehoming event.

Her name is Baby Don't Lie // Gwen but I might change that.

Third is another amazing mare

Scarlet Letter // Scarlette

And lastly, this beauty. Her markings aren't included yet but at the moment, she's a gorgeous black beauty. ^^

Divine Treat // Ambrosia

I'm so happy to have 4 amazing additions to my herd. All of them have gorgeous markings as well!

from what I understand, a somatic mutation is basically when one part of the horse didn't get the message that they were for example bay. The genes got confused and instead of putting 'x' pigment they replaced it with 'y' pigment, the horse is still genetically that colour but a little part of it got the wrong signal of what colour it needed to be

Yeh buckskin is correct c: Usually one gene in particular isn't working, so you might get a grey with a patch of base colour coming through (xx), or a bay patch that hasn't got the signal and stayed black (xx).
