i have the same problem for one of mine. only, it's just been ignored.

I would suggest talking to the artist about it! They might have gotten busy and forgot about it; or, if they haven't accepted your ticket (if you posted one in their shop), they might have changed their shop rules during the time due to being busy, etc? Either way, I would suggest talking to the artist, and, if nothing cam be settled, talk to scissors about what to do after that! ;O;-b
