The city has been quiet every since 'He' was caught. 'He' made the city chaos for everyone who lived there. 'He' seemed nice and kind at first but looks can be deceiving. Do not trust 'Him' and if you do good luck my friend. 'He' has been behind the walls of a highly guarded villain facility for many years now. 'His' partner however got away. 'His' Partner In Crime. Many fear that this partner will free 'Him' from this place 'He' calls home, but it's only talk and fear right? Right? How far will this love for 'Him' go?



"Mmm is this thing on? Ahh it is. Hello my dear city. It's been too long hasn't it? I bet you've missed me. Some more than others. I don't have much time I'm afraid so I'll come out and say it now. I am going to get out of here and when I do the so called 'Heroes' who put me in here will pay. You think you're the only ones with numbers do you? Well you're wrong. Just you wait and see. I'm coming for you all. Oh! It appears I've been caught. Oh boo. You'll all see me soon enough as I tear this city to shreds to find you all. Goodbye for now my dears."


As you all may know 'He' has been locked up. But as he said he has his own team. So will you fight on his side or with the 'Heroes' that put 'Him' away? That's all up to you. But do choose wisely. Do you want to follow 'Him'? Or be a 'Hero' in the city's eyes?

Not too much to say. It's a big busy city with many people. Too many people if you ask me.

Oh where do I begin. This is my dear base where I call home. Well not right now at lest. But it will be soon again. Anyway we're in beautiful black skyscrapers on the darker side of the city. We have many rooms and it's like we're all a family. A every crazy family, but a family no less.

Hmph where do I even start? It's shiny and flashy in every way. Everything I hated about heros. But I'm not here to rant about them am I? It's nice skyscraper on the nice side of the city. They're like a family too I guess, but I like my family of crazies better!
