xxxMidsummer is the period of time centered upon the summer solstice, and more specifically the northern European celebrations that accompany the actual solstice or take place on a day between June 19 and June 25 and the preceding evening. The exact dates vary between different cultures.

xxxRaising and dancing around a maypole (majstång or midsommarstång) is an activity that attracts families and many others. Greenery placed over houses and barns were supposed to bring good fortune and health to people and livestock; this old tradition of decorating with greens continues, even though most don't take it seriously. To decorate with greens was called att maja (to may) and may be the origin of the word majstång, maja coming originally from the month May, or vice versa. Other researchers say the term came from German merchants who raised the maypole in June because the Swedish climate made it impossible to find the necessary greens and flowers in May, and continued to call it a maypole. Welcome to the the Midsummer event!
Kylig Foxes, being endemic to Sweden, love to partake
in the traditional Swedish holiday known as Midsummer.

This event will provide the opportunity to win some
great items, including edits, MYOs, and even your very
own Kylig Fox!

This event will last until August 15, 8am AEST!
Flowers will be wiped after August 20, 3:30pm AEST.

xxxEvery day you can post a Daily Claim form that enables you to go 'flower picking'.
You can pick one flower a day, which varies between seven different kinds, chosen randomly.
These are:

• Twinflowers
• Gerbera Daisies
• Pasque flowers
• Thistles
• Chrysanthemums
• Waxflowers
• Carnations

These are used for laying under your pillow, after which you are able
to receive a 1 Uncommon and unlimited under MYO. If you don't wish to
do that, however, you can use your flowers in the event store to purchase
edits and MYOs, regardless of which types they are.

Flowers will be given out at the beginning of the new day.
