"Wirfiton, eh?" Thomas arched an eyebrow almost imperceptably. Hmm. Judging by her social status and powers...this girl must be hider. Not what he would've guessed. Thomas scratched his head, moving a strand of bright purple hair out of his eyes. "If we're in the center square...two streets down and a left...that should be it." He rubbed the bridge of his nose, staining it pink. "Would you mind if I escorted you? It's rather dangerous for young lady to be out on the streets alone at night."

Juliana reached the square and saw the many performers she sighed and watched them and their various acts her barefoot stained with fresh mud and her black hair looking windswept she didn't dare let her hood fall as she walked around the crowd as her thoughts floated to a day dream of her performing for these people he twirling and chattering with her many animal friends as she had them dance, jump through rings and do various tricks for her. The crowd cheered in her daydream as she curtsied to them and her animals bowed with her. Money came pouring into her daydream and she was shaken from her thoughts as a man came bustling by and knocked her over she gasped and hit the stone ground landing in a puddle her hood falling for a moment before she readjusted it and looked making sure no one saw. Juliana stood and brushed off her black cloak then turned her amber eyed gaze back to the scene at hand.

"You there, indeed!" called out Veronica, waving the girl up. If this had been any normal night, or the knives in her hand thrown by any normal person, she never would have risked the child's life for a few coins. But this wasn't a normal night, or a normal fair- this was a freak show, and she a freak. The young woman took off her long black jacket and hung it over the back of a nearby chair, one used for somebody else's performance. The black celtic vine Tells that ran from both shoulders to her wrists flared darkly in the torchlight, and her silver hair shimmered. "Will you come here, please?" she asked, gesturing to the wheel. Straps hung from the edges, for wrists and ankles. Anyone attached would be spread-eagled on the wheel.

"Suuure..." the girl smiled a little, walking up to the wheel, still unusually brave. Well, she was a freak. She had the right to act weird. She admired the older girl for being so open about her gift. She would have never accomplished that.

((Sucky post, I know. But, I don't really have anything else to write. Carlissa is basically just walking forwards a few steps. xD But, to make this a little more interesting, is there a chance that Veronica could do something wrong? Then, Carlie would have to use her power to save her life.))

[Nah, Veronica has a reputation to uphold and money to earn! Besides, she has the Warrior's gift. She just doesn't make mistakes when it comes to blades and other weapons.]

"Come here, little miss," said Veronica, grabbing the young girl's shoulder and leading her to the wheel. "Hold tight," she said, then hoisted the girl and strapped her by the wrists to the wheel. Then she snapped across the ankle straps and made sure they were secure. There was no room for mistakes here, not that she would make any. Veronica was a Warrior, after all, and if she couldn't throw a few daggers blindfolded, why, then she couldn't do anything!

Ankica

Would it be more dangerous to let him take her, or for Ankica to refuse? After a moment, she decided refusing would raise more suspicion than it was worth.

"Yes, that would be splendid," Ankica replied, raising her hand to the top of her face and letting the freak see her smile. She stood up, straightening her cloak and looking to the side again.

Andrew

She just needed help getting home? That couldn't possibly be very difficult, Andrew decided, though he still distrusted her. Why did she need time to be stopped to get home? This seemed rather shady to him.

"All right," Andrew said, with the uncomfortable feeling that he was being controlled by someone younger than him. "Go over there, on the other side of the box." He nodded to the spot. "I'll start time, and take my bows, and you can go back into the crowd as I collect my money. I'll meet you at the fountain." The fountain was the only defining feature of the square. It stood in the exact middle of the square, and featured a rendering of the founder of Evexle City.

"As for payment..." Andrew shook his head. "It doesn't matter. I don't have a need for a...favor. Maybe...in the future...?"
