So theres this person
Theyre saying their acc has been hacked by their ex
Bc the password has been changed? Would they be able to send a help ticket?
If so, how would they be able to do it outside their account. I'm bot complaining for them im just still kinda new and dont HALF the website like i should haha

You do not have to be logged into an account to send in a help ticket.
We need our ticket system to be available to people in case they ever get locked out of their account for any reason, so as long as your friend puts all the details they can into the ticket, staff can handle the issue :)
Your friend will only need to put in an email address so they can receive the responses. The form will look like this:
