Frank glances at the phone, and would have raised an eyebrow had he not already done that. “So there are three girls, not two? I’d ask why you aren’t here as well, Jessica, but I’m guessing you’re probably the oldest of the group”

“Yeah, three girls,” Lily answered between bites of her apple, “I’m Lily, by the way.” She beckoned for him to sit down in a desk next to them, smiling invitingly.

Frank turns a chair around, and then sits on it, “I probably won’t be able to do anything specific tonight because I have a job, but I’ll see what I can do to help anyway. Which I guess means I’m in”

Slightly confused - and also curious - Luke turned to look towards Frank again. "What job is it?" he asked. He only wanted to know what the other guy did, for he knew that asking him to skip a shift would be incredibly rude and unprofessional. He would have hated to be asked to skip a shift at the animal shelter, and he was only a volunteer there.
